Small pets are permitted on the Premises only with the prior written approval of the Landlord. Approval is limited to domesticated small pets and does not include aggressive breeds, exotic animals, or livestock. The number, type, size, and weight of any approved pet(s) must be disclosed and approved in writing before occupancy.
Tenant agrees to be fully responsible for the behavior, care, and supervision of any approved pet(s). Tenant shall ensure that pets do not cause damage to the Premises or create a nuisance, disturbance, or health or safety concern to neighbors or others. Tenant shall be liable for any damage, cleaning, deodorizing, or pest treatment required as a result of pet occupancy, beyond normal wear and tear.
Pets must be properly vaccinated and licensed as required by local and state laws. Tenant shall comply with all applicable animal control regulations. Pets shall not be left unattended for extended periods or permitted to roam freely outside the Premises.
The Landlord reserves the right to revoke pet approval upon written notice if the pet violates the terms of this Lease, causes repeated disturbances, or poses a safety risk. Upon revocation, Tenant shall permanently remove the pet from the Premises within a reasonable time period specified by the Landlord.
No pets other than those specifically approved in writing are permitted. Unauthorized pets shall constitute a violation of this Lease and may result in penalties, fees, or termination of the Lease as permitted by law.
